01
Who we are
These terms govern your use of Romy, operated by Tincture. "We," "us," and "Romy" refer to the operating entity. "You" refers to the individual or business using the service.
02
The service
Romy is the go-to-market system for product builders. It learns your product and goal, researches your market, and turns that context into plans and drafts you can approve.
Romy is advisory and operational in nature. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice, and nothing it generates should be relied on as such.
03
Eligibility
Romy is for business use. By using it, you confirm you're acting for a business (including as a sole founder), not as a consumer, and that you're at least 18. You also agree you are using this platform for legal purposes only.
04
Subscription and billing
- The waitlist is open.
- Beta invitations are sent in waves.
- Beta access is free while billing remains closed.
- The planned public launch price is $49 per month.
- We will tell beta users before billing opens. You will choose whether to continue. There is no automatic charge during beta.
05
Your data and workspace
You own the data in your workspace. Romy acts as custodian to provide the service, not as owner. Romy does not sell your data or use it for advertising. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
When you connect a third-party account (email, calendar, CRM, or similar), you're granting Romy the scopes needed to deliver the relevant features. You can revoke access at any time.
06
Acceptable use
Don't use Romy for unlawful activity, to store data you don't have the right to share, or to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the underlying product.
07
Intellectual property
You own your workspace content and any business data you provide. Romy retains ownership of the underlying software, the strategy corpus, its methodology, and any anonymized, aggregated insights derived from usage across workspaces that do not identify you or your business.
08
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Romy is provided on an "as is" basis during this early-access period. We use reasonable care in providing the service but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, since those depend on factors outside the product's control.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
09
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment, on notice where practical. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
10
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be flagged in-app and may require re-acknowledgement before continued use. Minor wording fixes may be made without separate notice.
11
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
