One home - five views

Here's exactly what's inside.

Five connected views, twenty years of strategy underneath, and a control model that means nothing ships without you. This is the mechanism, not the pitch.

AI - suggests, never sends

Someone in r/SaaS is asking what you built.

It is a question you can answer, not an ad. Want me to draft a reply in your voice? Nothing goes out without you.

The five views

One home, five views, nothing hidden behind a tier.

Today

The one ranked list.

The single ranked list Romy sorts the noise into. Not a dashboard of widgets; a short, ordered set of moves for the day, pulled from everything else happening across the other four views.

Example: 12 useful people found. Three worth emailing, two worth following, one conversation already warm.

Content

Drafted in your voice.

Drafts and cadence: the tweets, posts, and cold emails Romy drafts in your voice, with addresses found and verified where outreach is involved. Replaces a research doc nobody finished and a blank Buffer queue.

Drafted in your voice

Shipped the thing that finds your first 12 users while you sleep. Not a lead scraper - it reads the room, then drafts what you would actually say.
Nothing posts until you approve it.
Growth

A plan that stays open.

Goals and strategy: the plan Romy built from your three-question interview, and the market signals it keeps watching against it. Replaces the outreach-strategy.md that got written once and never opened again.

CRM

The next step, already written.

People, deals, and the inbox, with the next step written for you instead of a blank "add a note" field. Replaces Attio, Folk, or a spreadsheet with someone's LinkedIn tabs open next to it.

Delivery

Sold to shipping, no retyping.

Projects and the schedule. A won deal becomes a project without retyping a word, so the handoff from "sold" to "shipping" does not lose a day to admin. Replaces ClickUp or Monday for a team that is mostly one person.

Step 2 - The gap

"The only tool that turns a finished product into booked pipeline without the founder having to learn sales first."

The mechanism

Three questions in, a working plan out.

Romy's AI interviews you the way an operator would: what you built, who you think it is for, the hours you have actually got, and the channels you would rather die than touch. A channel you will hate is a channel you will quit, so that last question is not small talk, it is load-bearing.

From there, six things happen in order, not all at once.

1

Maps your competitors

How they position, what they charge, where they are weak.

2

Names the gap you fill

In one sentence a stranger could act on.

3

Picks the people who get value fastest

And finds the rooms they already gather in.

4

Builds the channel plan

What each room tolerates, what to post, when to show up.

5

Drafts the tweets, posts, and cold emails

In your voice, with addresses found and verified.

6

Listens while you build

When a conversation worth joining starts, it flags it, and you arrive as an answer, not an ad.

The control model

See it, try it, tune it, trust it. In that order.

Every suggestion Romy makes is reviewable, correctable, and reversible before it goes anywhere. This is the single biggest question a skeptical founder has before handing a system their outreach, so here is the whole answer.

WATCH

See it

You start by watching it work: what it would post, who it would flag, what it would draft. Nothing has moved yet. You are just reading.

Nothing sends, posts, or spends without you. That is not a caveat; it is the actual design.

Romy drafted this
Dana - you mentioned you are still stitching outreach together by hand. I built the opposite of that. Want a two-minute look?
Queued - still one job at a time.

Not a wrapper, a method

The part that is not a language model's best guess.

The experience

Twenty years of commercial GTM across every stage and scale. Not advice from a model that read the internet. Frameworks built from doing the work.

The knowledge

5,300 documents of distilled strategy: positioning playbooks, diagnostic frameworks, channel maps, pricing models. The context every agent reads before it acts.

The learning

Every correction you make and every move that lands updates the strategy underneath. The system gets sharper because your business is in it.

One calm home

Already living somewhere else? It is one click to move in.

The Apollo trial, the Mailchimp you are a little scared of, the research doc you abandoned: Romy replaces what they were supposed to do, with the strategy built in underneath. Already in Notion? One click moves your notes in.

The integration runs one way, on purpose, so nothing you build in Romy can silently leak back out through an old tool you forgot you still had open.

The honest answers

Fair questions.

Does anything post or send without me seeing it first?

No. Every draft waits for your approval until you have specifically told Romy it can move on its own for that kind of task - and even then it is one job at a time, never a blanket handoff.

What happens to my data if I connect an existing tool?

Romy uses connected data to build your workspace and the views you ask it to run. Disconnect a tool any time; the integration is designed as a calmer way in, not a hidden way back out.

Does my business data train the model?

No. Your workspace data and corrections stay scoped to your workspace context. They help Romy understand your business; they do not become public training data.

Can I export what Romy builds?

Yes. The plans, drafts, notes, and records Romy creates are yours, and the product is being built so you can take them with you before you leave.

What if I do not want AI drafting outreach in my voice at all?

Keep Romy in review mode. You can still use it for research, planning, prioritising, and draft prep while you approve, edit, or write every message yourself.

The diagnosis

Start with an operator's read on what you built.

Drop your URL and one line about what it does. Romy reads what you have shipped and sends back the read an operator would give you: what is genuinely different about it, who will get value from it fastest, and where those people already gather. That read is page one of your go-to-market roadmap; everything else on this page runs off it.

Your URL, one line, your email. The read lands as your early-access welcome.
