Romy is pre-launch and small, so replies come from a person rather than a helpdesk. Expect an answer within two working days.

Reporting a problem
If something in the product is wrong, say what you were doing and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. You do not need to diagnose it.
For anything involving your data, including access, correction, or deletion, use the same address and see the Privacy Policy for what Romy holds and for how long.
