What is included in Business Operations?
The connected operating layer behind the go-to-market plan: Goals, Projects, Tasks, dates, meetings, time, commitments, and available income, invoice, expense, cash, P&L, margin, or runway context.
How do Projects and Tasks connect to Goals?
The Goal and source decision stay linked to the work so the product builder can see why it exists, the expected result, current dependencies, and what completion should change.
Can Romy create work from a CRM commitment?
Where the current workflow supports it, Romy can prepare Tasks or Project changes from a commitment. Proposed work remains reviewable and mustn’t be described as automatic unless it is product-real.
Can meeting actions become Tasks or Project updates?
Yes. Romy summarizes the meeting and proposes the outputs. You choose the exact Tasks, records, decisions, and Project updates to accept.
Does Romy connect to my calendar?
Use the calendar integration exactly as it appears in the current live product. Read, write, and attendee-notification behavior must be stated at the point of action.
Does Romy schedule or invite people without approval?
No blanket authority is implied. Preparing a time or calendar change is different from notifying an attendee; the applicable external action requires explicit authorization.
What financial information can Romy hold?
Income, invoices, payments, expenses, cash, P&L, margin, and runway. Romy reads revenue from the Stripe connection, and you can add or import the rest.
Can Romy connect Stripe?
Yes. Romy connects to Stripe and reads your revenue, invoices, and payments. It reads that context to inform decisions; it doesn’t move money.
Does Romy replace accounting software?
No. Romy keeps available financial context beside commercial decisions and work. It doesn’t replace accounting, tax, payroll, bank reconciliation, or formal financial controls.
Can Romy move money or issue refunds?
No autonomous money action is claimed. Charges, refunds, payouts, and transfers remain in the appropriate financial system under the required authority.
Is Business Operations separately priced?
No. Business Operations is part of the complete Romy system.
What will beta cost?
Romy is free during beta. Billing isn’t open. The planned public-launch price is $49/month, billed monthly.
